How do I choose the right equipment for my application?
Please provide your application, product or specimen details, required function, applicable standard, capacity or production speed, installation space, voltage and destination country. Our engineers will review the information and recommend a suitable equipment type, model and configuration.
What types of testing and inspection equipment do you manufacture?
We manufacture environmental test chambers, food X-ray inspection systems, metal detection and separation equipment, weighing systems, thermal analysis equipment, and testing machines for plastics, rubber, electronic products, textiles, paper and packaging. Standard and customized configurations are available according to the application, test standard, sample characteristics, performance requirements and production conditions.
What certifications and compliance documents are available?
Our equipment is manufactured under an ISO-certified quality management system, and applicable product models are supplied with CE conformity documentation. Relevant certificates, declarations, test reports and technical documents are available upon request. The exact compliance scope depends on the equipment category, model, configuration and destination market.

What is your payment term?
Standard terms are 50% deposit by T/T with the balance due before delivery. We share photos of the finished product and packaging before you pay the balance.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory-and-trade integration — 20+ years focused on test instruments with 6+ years of direct export experience. OEM is also available.
Can we visit your factory before placing an order?
Yes, we warmly welcome factory visits and can help arrange your hotel and airport pickup. We are close to Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Hong Kong airports.

Do you test every machine before shipment?
Yes, 100% of machines are tested before delivery, and test reports/photos are shared with you prior to final payment.
Can I send you a sample for testing first?
Yes — after you describe your product, we can either source a similar local sample to test or you can ship us your actual product. We provide a test report, video and photos.

What is included in the warranty?
A 12-month warranty covers free replacement components for non-human-caused performance failures, plus lifetime technical advisory support.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes — we provide operation videos, manuals, video-conference training, and on-site installation where required (travel cost applies).
How fast do you respond to after-sales issues?
We reply within 48 hours and aim to provide a solution within 3 working days for most technical issues.
